I think Unions bring a good balance to the work force, i think it's important not to let the employers (especically in big business) to put profits ahead of employers.
There needs to be a balance and workers need the Unions to help maintain that balance, otherwise the boardroom/management will dictate all the terms and that's just not fair.
The welfare for all should be put ahead of the welfare of a few. This about rich vs. poor.
