You can state an opinion - as long as you say it IS YOUR OPINION. When its not qualified and just - "RAU will do this" or "RAU will do that", then its BS and I reserve the right to call it so.
Even neutral statements from a supposed SH of a stock can be suspicious, so if you are stating an opinion, then say its IMHO!
Oh and this reply, its IMO but I think most would agree.
