    The Merger with MRU gives 1 MRU for every 3 MAV plus 1 MRUO for every 5 MAV

    on todays prices


    MRU = 1.85
    MRUO = 1.50


    This puts a value on MAV of 62c + 30 c = 92c

    which is a 35% discount to the current market price of MAV(59.5c)

    or have I missed something and why are there next to no sellers in either company????
