punters have been making that call since YOJ was 8c the fundamentals may not be inline with the norm but the market has never put much weight to it...YOJ seems to always want to stay ahead of the curve and with current market interest I do not see that changing to dramatically going forward... sometimes things are what they are ... it has worked for me so far...
