Well, I enjoyed your reposte, Mole, but I’m pretty gobsmacked by the openness and obvious lack of embarrassment with which you sketch BNR’s opportunistic approach and obviously dismissive attitude to real people in the world (miners) and their actual endeavours.

I always ask myself if schemes & stratagems pass the ‘Nanna Test’ …would I be proud to boast of this or that achievement to someone whose moral compass I know to be constant and true.

I am not a lawyer, as it happens, but I am an experienced investor. And yes, Schmoove, hold shares in CML.

And it's with an investor's hat on, to take the argument further, that I'd have to say you're all remarkably sanguine about news of the GPL royalty.

Wasn't that always the fall-back position if extortion failed?

However it plays out ...and I agree, lawyers aren't entirely to be relied upon ...if it were me, I'd certainly expect to be informed by management of such a potentially adverse material development.

One which would certainly influence my decision to invest.

Yet BNR has plainly been trading under this cloud for several months without informing shareholders, if the CML Update is anything to go by.

    ASX?

    Leave you with it, m'hearties.
