    Zinc price lower over night now just under $US1.05lb. This will surely put pressure on PEM but luckily they are cashed up. Would probably be a takeover target if share price drops much more.

    Demand for zinc apparently weaker due to US housing industry however supplies are still low so should not take too much to kick back up.
