It's not like there weren't naysayers just days before they went boom...there were...there always are, most often from competitors investors or shorter term traders desperate for action....but nothing was missing from these companies announced stories ...both had ticked off everything but finance ...until they announced they had finance

So here is KNL ....Graphite + downstream processing plant for battery grade , Pre- finance...$0.14 only days ago (look familiar..look above) ......the second last thing to tick off was Tanz regulations...and it was only recently that Execs and KfW (Zeee German Government owned Development bank & lead finance partner) were in chatting to the Tanz Ministry about the regulations....regulations due very very shortly...days...then..tick....nothing but the finance left to announce....

....MMI...b4 finance the price was 0.13c June'17, reached 0.30c 6months later
and that was despite a very hefty Equity CR they did after the debt finance deal
