Should one go back to another education backflip, late last year, from memory, the poll of the WA labor governments' reversal ,was seen in a " good light " after the event.
I draw no similarity ,merely what happened previously.
col, loved the emperor title ,in fact he lived up to it.
I see no wrong in thoughtful reflection and subsequent reversal of ones previous decisions, or partial there of,based on the most up to date information, even should it be sniffin the breeze.
In WA, as opposed to anywhere else in Oz, the malapportionment prevailing in WA, does WA labor no favours, in fact ,it matters not what WA labor can do for anyone ,outside of the city of Perth ,and its close outliers ,it cant win enough feral seats in the bush.
For evidence of this ,look no further than the gold royalty increase which got voted down.
Richard Fairfax court introduced a royalty on gold, because the commonwealth grants commission was holding back $ 70 million.
WA labor wanted to increase the gold royalty by 50 percent, with support for marginal gold projects, to obtain circa $ 400 million.
    What was the outcome?
