    I have read the announcement released by PTR which includes a joint media release mentioning the 5m to CNM. I also still cant tell however if it is another 5m or the original grant mentioned by Howard a few weeks ago.

    This announcement specifically mentions its use for a wave energy plant in SA - giving that away in advance.
