I think site selection is a very vague excercise, given they do not know the precise commercial specifications of the CETO III commercial model, and different sites require different configurations.

The release of commercial model data could support a SP trading at multiples of current prices. This will be the next major non-funding, non-JV movement from CNM I reckon.
