You will realise that to complete a JORC you will need to have diamond drill core to measure density and material types. Without this companies would be giving the asx unreliable information which is pretty dodgey.
MEU have shown the exact way to prove up a resource and begin mining operations.
Additionally they have done it on a shoe string budget and pretty quickly in my opinion.
It's not all corporate mumbo jumbo.
