On fundamental & technical grounds you'd think so. With the BitCoin bubble bursting and a growing consensus that the "bubble in everything" may burst in 2018, the flight to quality seem to be underpinning the rising POG. With a POG consistently above $A1650/oz, even at an ASIC of $A1350, SLR should have a net income above $40m ?? But surely AISC will be better ???
The WSJ still has minimal outdated analysis on SLR giving it a PE = 102. Contrast that with Yahoo finance, who appear to be quoting RBC sourced data, and they have SLR PE FY18 = 10.12 & FY19 = 8.10, EPS FY18 = 4c & FY19 = 5c, growth FY18 = 900% & FY19 = 25% ... while the gold sector gold standard NST is currently on a PE=18.6 and PEG of 1.8!
No wonder some sites like Capital Cube have rated SLR as "Undervalued" !
Technically 40c should be minor resistance (but its become major) and major resistance is at 46c, 60c, 75c. If the SP can go beyond Les Davis sellout level (60c) then things may interesting ... dream on.
So IMHO, SLR is building a significant base from which a big move could launch from ... but it needs something to light the fuse. A favorable half-yearly report that merely confirms (or god forbid exceeds) guidance might do it, and any corporate actions would certainly do it ..... So Len & Cool Hand WTF is up your sleeves ?? ..... let's hope it's not merely sunburn.
