Ann: Digicel Launches in Six New Markets, page-14

Signing a bag of deals doesn't mean anything for now. The market is starting to see through all these non-material announcements. Yes they are good companies they have arrangements in place with, but aside from Digicel which I am very confident in, the rest is yet to be proven in confirmed sales. Only the next few quarterlies will tell the story. My biggest concern is here in Australia. Suspect very little traction has been made in sales to date. For now having re-read many of the announcements made last year and the 4C in October, happy to wait until the April 4C

If clear traction has not been achieved by the 4C due in July when many of these deals will be up and running, I think we will see weakness in the price.
