1) yes - its call full service brokerage, its called research from a reputable house its called target price (ok dont always work we know that but its better then just saying buy)\
2) proper rsch is mandated to highlight risks in valuation not imagine 5,000 going to 30,000 in 3 months which was one of your headings.

4) you have a service which is recommending shares so yes i expect you to think about when its fully priced and maybe time to sell - if you happy to recommend a buy then you should do the same for sell - of course up to individual if follows the call or not but if your models say a stock is undervalued they should also tell you when that same stock is overvalued - correct??
