I believe the reason why we didn’t get any upfronts from 4C is purely because the device is not ours and none of our IP is involved.
We are merely supplying them with flat patches for them to develop and commercialise their own device. Whereas the TAVR device and IP is all ours.
However, as a side note it will be interesting to see if they request a 3D one piece version (especially if we do a TAVR deal). I still don’t think we would get an upfront but we would get a much higher price for that valve if supplied.
