While waiting during the swabbing operation take a read at this article about the Canning Basin.
I expect that if swabbing doesnt produce results they will try acidising if they suspect the mud has damaged the formation.. It think they have to prove conclusivly one way or the other. Vug & Cav formation just cant be walked away from, especially as it was the drill mud that choked things up somewhat. Get the mud out and we'll see pressure again.
