Im not fear mongering, I clearly stated I think this will be trivial in regards to PLS. If I was fear mongering I'd be stating otherwise. ( I joked it should wipe of 10-20% and explained that FFS)

I also stated I sold out of PLS for macro economic reasons, so even if the share price dropped by 10% on Monday i'd still be holding off until early Feb.

I'm saying posters are correct thought to point out this could have been an important oversight. This would not have been a minor admin issue, had there been a takeover bid in between the change in directors holding and the late lodging of the 3Y for example.

I followed TV2 for a while and they did get suspended for "admin" oversights in capital raising documents for example.

Also for the record I feel PLS management have done an outstanding job of getting this from junior to miner. I've made a lot of money on the journey from 38c and will re-enter once I feel macro environment is a bit more stable. (if thats at a higher price then so be it)
