Local NAB wants to take 3 euros per $100 off me to transfer funds from a NAB account and transfer it to a travel cash card which can easily be used in the ATMs in France. The cash card is great. I have no personal experience but I was told that the CBA can open an account for you in the UK which you can just draw on as required with no extra costs.
