I'll get another job, that's not a worry. I feel sorry for people who put bucks into it. It's gone forever. I lost on Compass way back in the early 90s so I know how much it can hurt.
A friend of mine (retired guy) had $65K in HIH which is all gone. The HIH crowd were sending him letters right up till the end asking if he wanted to buy more shares.
If you steal a car you get how many years? If you steal tens or hundreds of millions what do you get?
Which one hurts more people? Not that I'm advocating stealing cars don't get me wrong.
Unless our judicial and political system says "ENOUGH!" and cracks down on these guys we will remain exposed.
