To promote the Isity acquistion, they were 'all the talk and everything is ok rhetoric'. Then the AGM happened. (billion dollar pipeline of opportunities?; 30 mill potential annual revenue - oops 10 mill potential annual revenue; oops - no profit or revenue yet, salary restructure)
It's tough to believe anything said anymore, on the odd occasion something is said.
What we do know is the last tranche went at $500K at $0.052. SP is now $0.022.
I think the Q will be Copy-Paste with another tranche notice. Then maybe we'll get a progress update. IMO.
But they do need to advise of something - Malaysia or Changchun (or whatever else) as these were all materially disclosed and part of the reason the acq was approved.
Formal complaints galore if we get a tranche notice and no progress update on any of the things that have been thrown about. Disclosure, disclosure, disclosure.
