Its hard to see us being squeezed out. Horizons high profile in leading investigations for(most) Western Province gas owners via WLNG ( a position resulting from Repsol demurring that role in favour of HZN) puts HZN in a pivotal position. I cant see other parties painting around HZN re Western province gas.Indeed I cant see any WP gas field owner being left out of the mix as that would almost certainly run foul of the Minister
Daru may not transpire to have the legs of a plan for WP gas that Kumul,or another party,might table.
But we are in the eventual WP mix,for sure.
Exciting times ahead. We HZNers want monetisation of our large gas fields and we want it to happen soon. One way or another it looks near-certain to happen,and earlier than most of us thought.The 2X 1.5mtons per annum plants are small beans in the world of LNG .
I can see an SP of maybe 13c if the WLNG consensus says that Daru is a probable goer at moderate world gas prices ,but a bit more if Daru can be brought forward by a year or more..
