The tax fairy, for instance, has never been caught on film but is held accountable for the provision of roads, schools and hospitals and all manner of socialist welfare largesse. So capitalists always use ethereal beings like the capital fairy to build a road, a hospital or to drive a tank, but the capital fairy, just like the tax fairy, has never been caught on film.
