    The problem has been Cottee's mantra of "using other people's money".........ie: debt. Well it must be haunting him now as that debt load is what has kept this stock at penny status IMO. Given the pipeline is 2/3's complete, the mind wanders at what SP this stock could be if the debt load was a fraction of what it is.
