The share market is allowed to fluctuate. IT IS ALLOWED TO GO UP AND DOWN! Its not a revelation.

Take a look at the graph for the all ords and the materials sector. Nothing dramatic. Its a slight correction. Big deal.

Has the rest of the world all of sudden stopped existing. Has China cancelled the Olympics, has India ceased all construction, has the US stopped building another house or office complex, has all building and constructin maintenace ceased around the world. Is no one using any more iron ore the list goes on.

This whole exercise began over greedy mortgage brokers giving money to people who could not afford to pay for it. So the lenders and the borrowers get hit. They might learn from the lesson.

It does not mean that the whole economy is rat....

So if the local hardware store goes broke, that means every business in the same street goes down as well. Give me a break.


AIM is suffering at the moment mainly because the zinc price is taking a hammering and the punters are nervous. Nothing more nothing less. As one poster said - even MF could not f... Perkoa up.

Today will be rough so what. If you are in for a day by day situation - sure you will be hurt - if you have some vision and look past you bloody nose there is blue sky ahead and lots of it.
