Not the breaks let off, I suspect it is the greedy insiders and well-connected elite picking up what soon will be really cheap shares after "the" Announcement. Same old, same old. Remember, there has to be ways for the 1-percenters to be the 1-percenters and the others to not be the 1-percenters.
