AGM is happening on 31st to vote in new directors who are the same ones behind dcc's success hence the volume. I can only imagine that the US is driven by Ren technology but who knows.
The new directors have plans for blockchain implementation. I would say that is also a major driver as anything mentioning blockchain usually goes crazy.
