As I recall the biggest problem with GTP was the ease of introducing competitive products whereas here there is a very long 15 plus years period before competitive products can be brought to market.

IMO the current board is working through resolving the various issues and conflicts as best they can. This is evidenced by such things as the forbearance agreement and the ASX allowing a long suspension.

Therefore given the disgruntled group attempting an internal takeover have yet to provide clear answers on key questions I see no reason to support them.
