superfast broadband causing sp to fly

    The sp is flying and given the timing I can only assume it has something to do with Rudd's announcement about providing Australia with superfast broadband if he is elected.

    Presumably this will result in massive cable contracts being awarded and BSA is likely to be a recipient.

    Any comments or other ideas welcome.
