Not sure why you make this guess when the article flatly states it's an early stage deposit and separates the two to mention Furnas. It's been talked about many times about TN not really being needed by Vale and the $40m was back in the high io prices day and unlikely to be worth anywhere near that now. I don't know 100% but can't see it at all.
