I understand your point xman and yes many companies can bite off more than they can chew in days past.
The pace of growth with avb which we all complain about can be also related to working with what we can afford.
AVB is well aware of the history of small miners who fell over at the last minute in years gone by.
Their whole mindset was conservative preferring high grade low cost to build a copper company and be able to ride the low points.
Well I believe we have done that and now it's just locking in a prosperous future in future growth.
I know little about SFR but they mined their big deposit find and had to search for more tenements yet they are still a big name on the ASX.
Regardless if AVB can lock in future stages to extend growth strategies well surely that is far more savvy and in a couple years may surpass the likes of SFR.
I would much prefer quicker growth but at our current stage of sp and income any dilution for funding could be counterproductive.
I am keen to get both Centro and PB moving which I believe are exceptional assets yet whilst they are moving forward it's simple good business strategy to look beyond that.
I guess we will find out shortly but growth is definitely key to avb becoming a top asx player.
