Mr Ashley Hood (MRD director) via (blue ribbon mines director is Ashley hood) and others as outlined start a company (mt roe mining) for less than $10k they apply for pilbara land aplications imediatly sell (MT ROE) & the land aplications to CAD (via ex MRD director Keith Bowker at the time a director of CAD) for $45K in cash & $2m+ in shares. Now wispers of MRD aquiring CAD.
