Its about doing your research, knowing the company & taking advantage when the market gets it wrong...
The TA folk will snare at the thought of averaging down, but if you believe in a stock, like ADY, why not?
I guess it's having the confidence in yourself that you will be right, & in some respects swimming against the tide.
I first got into ADY at 21c & must say i kept looking at it & thinking why isnt the market seeing what i see, when it dropped to 19c i thought did i buy in too high?
6 weeks later it hit 67c...
Have been on free carry since selling down at 63c...
Now i'm wishing i had sold them all & loaded up in August.
I also hold OEL & URA, who i also believe to have the same potential ADY does.
RLL is a classic case of what i've been saying...
2008 - i cant wait!
