Hi Gillys - that is 0.8% of say 4.0% margin (may be less).... so 20% of your revenue is "gone"... I wouldn't call that unusually low !
interesting comment was that net transaction margin (excluding interest) is say 2.25% - so on a $2bn sales book = $45m. On a $10bn book = $225m. This is what is driving the upside, the sales growth. All they have to do is make sure the punters make their payment as the rest will drive itself. The system proved itself once again over the past quarter at higher levels which was great to see.
US expansion only preliminary stuff but nice to see them moving that way with a known player. The US$15m is a token given the $1bn + APT market cap (not a cornerstone investor as some suggesting) but gives them more capital and locks in a partner for the USA. Same with the $100k warrant, just a token sum but allows the contract with the relevant formula to be signed and the expansion to the USA commenced !
time to enjoy a cold beer after a nice day for APT shareholders.
