Regardless, BCL retains a level of incumbency and important key landowner support in Bougainville. The pretenders, apart from the backing of the much maligned, have nothing. They will rejoice to be sure, but the 'victory' for them will count for nought. Sanity will eventually prevail and as you have long argued, Bougainville ownership of BCL will count for much when the time is deemed to be right.
