There are 6,447 shareholders (as at 20 December 2017).
The maximum number of shares that can be issued under the SPP is 56,666,528 for $18,133,289.
The stated target is $3M.
So MCR will look good receiving applications for over five times their stated target.
If half the MCR shareholders apply for an average of $10K each, then their will be an over subscription and the scaleback will be around 60% of each application.
Probably the first $2K will be granted regardless of the application amount.
If so, those applying with $15K might get something like $10K of MCR shares.
