The average target price that analysts put on this stock is about $3.58.
I however have done a bit of my own research and can not for the life of me see how they come up with this figure.
I have used bookvalue, average PE and cashflow and factored in bad weather, delays in getting equipment and the problems in the US to come up with the three respective prices - $2.79, $2.70 and $2.90
All I can think is that they have based their valuations on completely unrealistic assumptions for growth.
Anyway even the market thinks my valuation is too optimistic and is pricing the shares at $2.44
