    Located on a region with huge reseves. Wherever Neunco drills in its lease hold in Calafornia, there's a large possibility they can strike oil, they have proved this already. I believe after a few more tries they should get a well flowing oil and producing money.

    With a huge lease hold I also believe the price at this level is a takeover target.
