Decisions: Before or After, page-128

Sounds like it was a big night on the NAG forum. Everyone's back from holidays so it's on for young and old.

Had a good read so a few points:
- I don't see any drama's with JU's point on options being performance based. JB correctly points out they are, due to the link to share price, but the share price can easily change on market sentiment and commodity fluctuations so it wouldn't be a bad idea to have more tangible metrics in place that more related to their normal role. eg. monster machine in place with profitable contracts signed, or two quarters of profitable quarry operation.
- Don't smash management too hard considering they have relinquished their pay for a while now. That's not to be sneezed at. Credit from me for that.
- I'm still awaiting an announcement on a quarry contract to supply materials. While ever that monster is chugging away without trucks rolling out the door to deliver then we are all going backwards. So it worries me but I'm confident that they are scurrying around in the background getting all that sorted. I bloody hope they are anyway.
- credit to dbl on his 3c prediction, done against all the forum sentiment at the time so not easy to get right. You can't live on that forever though, we're obviously in a run-up of many months presently so might be time for the next prediction on where this current run ends or at least consolidates. You don't want to be a one-hit wonder so get your calculations going just for interest's sake.
- lastly, side subject, thanks Punter on TKL, jumped out yesterday of nearly all my Lithium as they and indexes were getting a bit extended in the short term but TKL was a nice little earner.
