Have you considered now that CZL are planning on increasing there stake to 90% during 2018 Mr Luis Rogeli Martinez Valles is no longer required to be an executive director - for benefit of Retec.
IMO I see this as a positive, CZL will be planning to increase the SP to lower the dilution of the $1.7mil shares that are need to be issued to Retec. I am certainly looking forward to the latest drill results.
