Im sure there will be a big difference between what will happen and what should happen but at least these shonks will find it difficult to run one of their investor fleecing schemes next time round.

I had a misconduct report in with the ASX prior to the legal review being completed so we agreed to wait and see what the review concluded before going further with it. It does seem as though the ASX is actually looking at what was submitted though
