Hey Sydshare, I’ve baked a shite load of cakes for school & charity over Xmas raising money for a little girl with leukaemia in 35-40 degree days & some carrot cake for my family & Nan & staff on that ward when she was in hospital to fatten her up a bit & just show thanks & caring. It’s only done for good reason, I don’t even really eat cake except a bit of the carrot one to make sure it’s cooked ok. BBQs & salads are a winner in Summer & my hubby is best at those. On a bake break. Sure you’ll be happy to hear that
