The other nice thing about the Rey register IMO is:
1. the strong top20.
2. the large number of shareholders with very small parcels. There are 829 shareholders holding less than 10000 shares (see below)

It should be very easy to coax the small shareholder parcels onto the market at higher prices, or do an unmarketable parcel buy-back after the capital raising, and then end up with a tight register.
