Under the 10% placement ruling with a 15 day VWAP of 3.4, management can raise up to $2.8 mil.
It won't be enough for the next stage of development IMO. They'll be looking for $5-10mil to fast track and drill the heck out of South and Central Aubry and/or exercise the option with Yantai if they're confident enough. With the right amount of funding, Pickle Lake will come into play. Keep in mind gold is edging up to fresh highs $1340 USD/oz. A possible JV in play with TSE-listed Primero Mining Corp taking a position in ADV as @momo_lol pointed out this morning.
So if it is being set up for a placement let the brokers play with it, hold on to your shares as this thread states and watch it run. Some juicy news on the horizon...
