I think the following repost of my answer to a question about Bryant Mclarty being divested of HZR highlights whoopwhoop's issue.
Divested as in sold all his shares? Asked Hazer to move back out of the same building as Macequity that they just moved into? Asked the MD of Hazer to stop being a consultant for Macequity and taken him off the website for Macequity? Asked Jason Skinner, Exec Director of Macequity, to move on some of his shares as he's a top 20 shareholder?
Absolutely he is divested as a Director but do you really think there's no control being wielded?
Sorry, forgot about Emma Waldon, Company Secretary for HZR that signed the response to the asx... Company secretary and consultant for Mac Equity in the "Our Team" section of their website. I think that's about all though.
Yeah, no worries about conflict of interest with this one..... probably passes comercial muster but fails the sniff test.

Jimmy is now bagging his old mate McLarty but now via Hazer. How can it be that Jimmy is making money in all these Mac Equity Partners related companies but spends all his time bagging them ? What does Jimmy know the rest of us don't ? What's that all about. Grind, grind, grind your Axe Jimmy but slip a few sheckles in you pocket whilst doing that eh Jimmy. There's little doubt Jimmy was completely wrong about Delta and SMN and here we go again.
Maybe go and look at the smn action since his post to get a view of how wrong I was eh.
