    Just keep it.
If some people want to mark the day as a day of mourning marking the beginning of the end of indigenous culture, so be it. .

If some people want to celebrate it as the day this continent began its transition to what it is today, so be it.

If some people just want a day off, bbq and a pissup so be it.

All are valid, just respect how other people chose to mark it.

The problem is people are trying to force their meaning of the day onto others. This fosters divisiveness, which is exactly the opposite of what the day should be about.

Another 24 hour news cycle media driven issue to fill in the gaps at a quiet time of year.
