Yes, Toyota is big enough to buy all the companies mentioned but I can't see why they would. Apart from ORE the stocks you listed are spec plays...Toyota would want certainty wrt production. All Toyota and other battery/vehicle companies need to do is wait and sign investment/offtake deals with the players that successfully move in to production. I'm sure they'd happily pay a premium to ensure and secure supply.
