I am quite sure, CCE would have an accurate time on how long it would take to install the solar farm.
What they would not know, is how long it will take to integrate the new system with the grid.
It appears from the Perenjori example, that unforeseen problems can arise.
As we have seen, the punters are pretty unforgiving when deadlines are not met.
Who knows, by the time CCE and WesternPower have collaborated on a few more, they might be beating deadlines?
