You will be massively disappointed if you are expecting those numbers. Let's not count chickens yet. Best we can hope for is the Indo payment for the infrastructure and possible a maintenance fee from Brasil. My view is that subscribers would be negligible due to the rebrand/new direction. People watching the app and website closely would have also noticed some outages that occurred during the previous month which would just be amateurish if it was live.
Having said that, the app is solid. Not without some flaws and much needed improvements needed before launch, but I've been using it daily for my news and have been quite impressed. The crispness of some of the feeds is crazy good.
I would love some new projected timeframes on Indonesia.
