what relevance on an exact start drilling date would be helpful for your research? if you want to buy in. there is no better time than now. that simple.

put it this way...

if I was telling you "anytime in the next 5min I'm going to fart"
would you
A) hang around till I farted and you smelt it until you moved away (risking death)
B) moved away before I farted (run to safe distance)

so if I was telling you drilling could start anytime from now until the end on Jan and when it starts the price should rise.
would you
A) wait until after the drilling started to buy-in (missing out on a lower entry)
B) buy-in when you've been told that drilling will start soon (getting a lower entry)

the correct answer is B and also the conclusion is, it really doesn't matter exactly when drilling starts, as long as it does.

BTW... that's if they plan on telling us they started drilling. (I'm not sure they have to since they already told us they will, correct me if I'm wrong)
