Point 1.
The people in the crowd actually are knowledgeable and know something about tennis.
They know a good shot from a bad one.
Point 2.
FGR publicity material, with necessary scientific content, is most likely being overseen by the company accountant. That is what a reasonable person would conclude.
As you are a new poster, I suggest undertaking some DD on the teams background and who might be responsible for what.
